Lisa Hammond is the CEO and co-founder of Centrix. From the beginning, her passion and leadership have become hallmarks of Centrix's success.
Throughout Lisa's career, she has been guided by a belief that technology must leverage business performance. She coined the term “service aggregation” and helps companies diagnose and solve the problems associated with reduced IT productivity and performance.
Lisa is focused on continuing Centrix’s innovation and leadership across the company’s main businesses. She leads key client engagements and advises senior executives on cost reduction, outsourcing and offshoring strategies through to service aggregation, to deliver superior value to shareholders and customers.
Lisa has authored or co-authored over 25 articles on IT services and business, and is a frequent public speaker. Lisa received her business education from the Harvard Business School, USA.

Jon Fuller is the COO and co-founder of Centrix. Jon heads the operational division and continues to bring operational excellence to Centrix’ clients and partners. He has more than 20 years experience in the services business.
Prior to founding the company Jon has held a number of operational roles in FTSE 250 companies across retail, financial services and automotive sectors.
He has always pushed the limits of operational performance whilst at the same time creating a mutual respect between management, partners, employees and clients.
Immediately prior to joining Centrix Jon was Managing Director of a start up automotive services company that successfully grew from 0 to £22m in 24 months before being acquired.
Jon received his business education from the Harvard Business School, USA.

Sukhendu Pal is the managing partner of Centrix working with the board members of Fortune 500 companies on clients operating strategy, cost reduction, organisation realignment, outsourcing, and major transformation initiatives.
More recently, Sukhendu was the head of Citigroup’s Emerging Markets covering 72 countries. Prior to Citigroup, Sukhendu was a corporate Vice President of Oracle Corporation. During his eleven-year tenure, Oracle exhibited phenomenal growth, from $12.9 million to over $ 5 billion. Sukhendu co-founded Oracle's global financial services and consulting business, and helped it to grow from a start-up situation to a highly profitable operation of over $1 billion.
Sukhendu authored or co-authored over 50 articles on strategy, organisational operating models, and information technology, and speaks at global industry conferences on globalisation, supply chain, R&D innovation and outsourcing and offshoring.
Sukhendu holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sheffield, UK, and received his business management education from Harvard Business School, USA. |
